Sure I could have been more clear about that.

I'm going to be honest, if the developer can't clearly communicate what a game is and a reviewer after playing the still can't decide on what it is then it's probably just not that great of a game. That was the sad truth of Rage. It wasn't like Borderlands where everyone was like I don't care what you call it, it's

No. CoD has made it pretty clear this isn't about a competition. They keep saying that because they know it's not a competition. Not yet at least. It doesn't seem out of the ordinary, but you really have to have little faith in your quality product if you are being this picky about who reviews it.

Also, think about the game rental business. You are now renting a game that doesn't come complete.

Probably the Samsung backing. If this is bundled with (and I imagine it is) all Samsung Android phones, then it would probably instantly become more popular.

Google Music isn't free though. That's the issue. It's free in it's beta form (current form), but they clearly state that it will only be free for the beta period and it will have an undetermined fee there after. That may change, but as of now, it will eventually cost something.

That's pretty good as well.

Let's review some of the trade dress claims...

They can't sue over the software of the tablets because when it was filed I believe it was still running stock honeycomb. It's not the software in question anyway, it's the trade dress patent for the tablets (phones are different).

Trade dress patents. Basically the iPad has a visual brand that you can't infringe on. The description is literally something like "rectangular screen, black equidistant bezel surrounding the screen with an aluminum trim."

I prefer to tell the punch as "because he could only give you three quarters." Either way it's funny and probably my favorite "Lebron doesn't have a 4th quarter/finals" joke.

Don't just blame the gamer. A lot of developers are throwing out higher polished betas. Who's to say they aren't still betas? Play a Halo beta. The Gears 3 beta. There's a lot of recent betas in this genre that played a lot better than BF3. That's because those developers know that though it's a beta, it can't be a

It's essentially an iOS knock-off for Android. I really liked the way some things looked, but overall it wasn't the experience I wanted out of Android. Having to have all your apps on a home screen or in folders was a pain. I'd recommend anyone to try it, but it's not the holy grail of ROMs that people tend to praise

That's the only league I know of that has competitive Gears. I'm not talking about anything else, other than Gears. The best Gears players play in MLG. Same with Halo. It doesn't really matter, you can have your opinion. It's just that. Not fact.

They are different with different tactics. One you hide in cover the other you move around fast. Warzone is not apart of MLG because you leave cover and die. Nothing happens, everyone sits back and stalemates.

No the triangle brings up the following options...

I liked Black Ops the most. It wasn't the best story ever written, but at least they decided to try something interesting.

I don't see track/album metadata editing. Where were you seeing/reading this. I would like that feature. I went ahead and installed it. It's much better than the previous version.

I'm cautiously optimistic for this. The phone itself I'm not sure about. Just build a well considered phone Samsung. The sizing, proportions, materials should all be right. Then make it available on at least the major players in the US.

They aren't aiming for iPhone killers. It could be a better phone though.
