This game is looking great, but I need more details in order to make a purchase decision.

It's probably the fact that it's sequel seems nothing like it's original, but Prey 2 easily gets my vote. The gameplay video was pertty great, but that live-action trailer was the most exciting thing I think I watched around this event.

No, it's Reach MP, with maps built to look like the original Halo maps. Reach MP is nothing like Halo:CE MP. It's essentially a map pack on a separate disc, just like ODST and Halo 3 MP.

The announced Halo 4 alongside Halo: CE remake. On top of that, they announced that Halo 4 was the start of a new trilogy. That's a lot of new, original content in the Halo world. New IP wasn't the star of this years show (every game seemed to end with the number 3), but there's still a lot to look forward to this

iPad is a bad name. Then they sold a ton, now it's ok? Vita isn't that cool, PSP2 would have been simple and nothing to argue over. While they all need a new name for each console is just silly. Wii 2. Xbox 3. PS4. Done, done and done.

I say it's a wash compared to current gen consoles. The graphics may be slightly better, but development wise the games will be ported from the PS3/360/PC. Take a CoD game. Kinect / Move / Wii U. They all have the ability to offer a new experience via new input methods. They never implement it because they don't want

Yeah I honestly people read past the part were they said it was 8 missions and you can play it from either side of the story so it would total 16. I never thought it was any more than 8 maps. What I was expecting was a new style of MP. In-depth customization, team gameplay, lots of weapons, progression, multiple

That's cool and all, it works as a piece of apparel for the game or a poster. It's not really a good logo though. It's not scalable, and if you removed the cog, it looks kind of generic. Yeah, yeah the lancer is there, but the cog screams gears more than any of it's weapons do.

Yeah I'm totally ok with it being a SP experience.

I said this to one of my friends earlier, but this is like Brink 2 to me. Brink looked so good for such a long time prior to it's release. Consider me interested, the gameplay looks solid, but I'll be keeping a close eye on it's development. Brink left a bad taste in my mouth.

So anyone who bought and still owns Brink...is the online experience actually getting better? Or is it still hit or miss with games? Lag still an issue? Not enough people playing?

If you're a fan of Nintendo games, and almost certainly you are, and that's what you care most about playing, then a Nintendo console is going to interest you. Most of the readers here seem to be in more of the serious/competitive gaming genre, more interested in games like BF3, Skryim, Rage, Far Cry 3, Gears 3,

Scared of what? Being able to put out a inferior looking game and still probably sell twice as many as BF3? Honestly, it looks good, but you're trying to compete with the #1 console selling franchise for the past 5 years.

The whole thing was basically a preview. It's more more like, hey we are working on new things, we promise. Take a look at our concept of what it could be. We'll figure the rest out later. I don't think that's uncommon, it's just disappointing. We really won't get an idea of what this console is or can do until next

They said they were looking into the possibility of running 2 new controllers. The console may not even support that right now, which seems like 2 new controllers might be possible by launch, but I'm doubting anything past that.\

The same way they showed prototype controllers? It doesn't have to be an actual big name title, but I would think that they could show an engine example running on the hardware.

Yeah that sucks then. I've had it in every ROM I can think of since 2.2. Sense, MIUI, Cyanogen, Athena...thought they implemented it in stock android.

Would you rather have this new screen/controller or just a new way to play the game with a standard controller?

Nope. University of Cincinnati. 5 years seems like a lot, or it did at least, but the time flies by.

Second this. I'm in the design field (industrial design) and co-op is mandatory for us. It's essential to my educational experience, and without it I wouldn't be anywhere near as prepared as I am today. I'm finishing my 4th year (out of 5) and I've spent 1.5-2 of it on co-ops. I learn things for 3 months in school,
