Putting a pizza in a box isn’t a lot of work. Others I agree with. I tip the hell out of wait staff. But picking up is no to very limited tip.

Hell no! If I am picking up, no tip for you. I did all the heavy lifting. I pay $10-$15 for a pizza, that owner is making $7-$10 on me. If he pays his staff so shitty that they need tip money from a pick up then it’s time for them to find a new employer. End of story.
