Maybe she gave away why she's changed when she gave her answer in the practice run at the office 'retreat'. When asked what one should do when a student who was formerly engaged suddenly became withdrawn. And her answer was: "has something in their home life changed". I wondered if that is what has happened to Frieda

Because he's Max. And Max being Max means going M&M on the world..for a year.

Exactly! Her saying "I saved him" was such BS it reeked

When Dar walks in, she is so accomodating, touching him, looking him up close straight in the eye, she is displaying body language she has never shown him before and let's just say Dar know a thing or two about bullshitting a bullshitter.

I saw the sentence about Dar finding Quinn attractive very revealing. To me it implies that Dar, by way of paternal affection, was able to get close to Quinn and maybe even made a move on him when they had just met. It would not be out of character for Dar and Quinn to have met under compromising circumstances, like

Wait,..is Virgil dead?!
Did I miss something?

Haha..same here.. I hope no one noticed when I put it on 'again' at a birthday party but they seemed to not mind. It's an amazing song and a great intro to the show.

Thank the heavens for that! I love her, so happy when I saw her in the pilot and hope they keep developing that narrative.

It's amazing these actors get those lines out without laughing.
Rick Rock's Rock Story Time was just bad.

Agreed. I also really hate that most zombie women look like they just got back from Woodstock. It's all flowy long skirts and tank tops..what's the production advantage behind that costuming I wonder.

Ok, so reading your comment got me thinking..

Neither did Glenn.

Seriously, Dog food was Darryl's breakfast of choice when he was a kid.

The fact that I spent his entire monologue wondering about this exact same thing, tells you all you need to know about how boring this episode was.

I actually looked up the actors portraying the doctors to see if this was part of a pilot spin off stuffed inside 'The Fall' ..that's how strange the ep was to me. I loved it nonetheless for it's attention to detail and the feeling I got that it could all go either way with Spector.

The set design of the New Canaan centre was on point. The positive affirmations and their "Hired this year" poster made for so much visual chaos that it felt good to get close to Daniel during his monologue and frame out the expectations of real life and get close to some form of humanity.

Yeah, I had the same thought. It was like the trees where he met Kerwin one last time.

Ugh, that blissful pain. That's also what I look for in books. To be grabbed by the heartstrings, tussled and then laid down on a downy pillow so I can cry my eyes out.

Aden Young is so beautiful it's distracting. At times and I think his awkward social skills make it even harder for him to adapt to the 'real world'. As a free man he isn't only expected to engage in social situations, but also to be seen and looked at. At first glance people expect such a handsome looking man to be

Why would that let you down? I'm curious.
