Beyond burgers look weird, taste terrific. I prefer them to Impossible, actually. Way more meat tasting than the author implies. 

I haven’t tried either burger but I do really like Beyond’s hot Italian sausages. Chopped some up for a pasta dish a couple weeks ago, and grilled some for Memorial Day this weekend alongside regular brats and such. They’re great!  I did find charring the outside isn’t good like it is with regular sausages tho.
