Having recently upgraded my 66 Fiat from an 18hp 499cc mill to a 595cc ~30hp one, the difference is night and day. While I still have to plan my acceleration, merging, etc... it’s nowhere near as much as before. I can sustain 60mph now, where before it was pedal floored, flat out, I *might* get there after a few…
