Better analogy is to take one sales rep who closes hundreds or 10k deals with minimial profit margin and one sales rep who closes 2, 2 million dollar deals with high profit margin. What’s better for the company as a whole?

The pure format of golf makes it impossible to have a structure that would be more exciting. BPL on the other hand is settling w/ something less exciting that could be much better.

its much more exciting. increases drama and pressure by putting higher stakes on the games being played. Also, I can’t be the only one who thinks it is incredibly lame to celebrate winning the championship from your couch. this just seems absurd.
