All Caroline has done the last few episodes is sit on her dorm room bed. It's infuriating.

I don't want it to end… but I don't want it to end if it's GOOD. Right now… I feel sort of embarrassed for everyone. I really want them to succeed, I do. A lot of the current writers are writers that wrote some of my favorite episodes in the past. And I genuinely like most of the current cast/actors. I just don't get

What upsets me is that all the way back to the beginning, in EVERY single interview I've seen with Paul, he complains about not wanting to play the "good" guy and absolutely LOVES being the bad guy. The problem is, that's not the character. For the majority of the series, he's been the sentimental, mopey, troubled

Same… especially with Nina/Elena gone. I know she wasn't everyone's cup of tea towards the end, but she and the brothers were the show for me. Now I think I'm watching out of obligation, as a thank you for some amazing previous seasons. I genuinely do like the other characters, so it's sad that SOMETHING can't click

{even when he doesn't have lines he's supposed to do something with his face and body}

I think that's coming… from interviews, there's (in Ian's words) an incredibly powerful episode coming up that reveals information about his mother in the past. It's the one where he says he lost weight because the filming was so intense, etc… So I think the next few episodes are going to give some backstory on Lily

I agree… If you like, or already have an interest in an actor, it makes it so much better. I haven't watched her other shows, but I really enjoy her IG and Twitter.

We are definitely being force fed Benzo, because they don't know what to do with them. So, AT LEAST they have great chemistry together, so I don't mind it. I'd watch Bonnie and Enzo over Enzo and Lily or Ric and Care Bear any day. Damon and Bonnie are friends, but right now they don't fit into each other's story

Oh, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE start with Season 1!! I actually loved season 6, but seasons 1-3, especially, are amazing and the heart of TVD. And yes, you will get loads of backstory for all the characters.

I just feel like they didn't have a good long term plan laid out for her and so it's just jumping around to see what works. Every single episode since Lily was saved from the Prison World has portrayed her in a different light.

This episode was a big step backwards for me. About 75% of it made no sense to me, so I was completely detached.

Exactly.

I totally missed that… well, I heard it, but I'm so glad you wrote this because I didn't realize the significance of Jo saying she was killed by a metal sword. Interesting.

I said above, but I'm hoping it happened during that spell Valerie was doing…

" it was a really fun episode if you ignored the plot" — perfection

Which SUCKS bc she's the ONE character who thinks she's better off as a vamp. That's gold material right there…

I agree… with Matt, Tyler, AND Enzo (and even the option of Klaus)… why Alaric?? Has to be an ulterior motive. I'm glad someone thought of that as an option. I hope it's true.

I 10000% agree on both statements… Matt Davis was fantastic. I just read that Julie Plec messaged Davis when she saw the scene to say how great he acted it and he replied that it was the least amount of acting he's had to do on the show. He genuinely liked the character and the actress that played her and it was

I'm curious if the babies spirits (or whatever… still not quite sure on the details) were only put into Caroline during that locator spell Valerie did. Maybe when Caroline touched the blood, it transferred them to her. Totally guessing, but that makes more sense to me than it happened 3 months ago, totally randomly to

I would like a spin on it like this… I don't buy them together at all. But I never, ever would have put Bonnie and Enzo together, and they have major chemistry. Time will tell, I suppose…
