Yep, living off dividends is not being diversified enough IMO. I agree with you but I’m still nervous so I’m at a 3% withdrawal rate for now. Annuities? Not on your life. The expenses are sooo ridiculous.

I have a good friend that, at times, is such a complainer. I truly think that it's a habit by now. I'm sure my response of "have you looked around lately? Other's have it waaaay worse.
