@Star Vixen: Woah, that would probably make for the top rated web show of all time.

@Star Vixen: LOL, can you please bring a hidden camera with you for that one. It will be a YouTube hit!

@timgray: No kidding, buy a removable bowl. That was a lesson I learned after my first grinder. The rice trick works well, but so does my dishwasher.

@Matthew Andrews: It would seem using this trick with a burr grinder is a bad idea.

I have a 16 inch cast iron wok I got from [www.wokshop.com] . It's massive and has a round bottom. It's not good for any sort of US stove, even with a wok ring, but I use it outside during the warm months with a propane burner from a turkey fryer. The heat I get is amazing. However, it's not an ideal setup for

It's the end of an era. My XBox is still alive and kicking, so I'll run it until it dies. I do plan on getting a Revo soon, but that just means the XBox will live on a different TV in the house. The XBox still works great on the last stable release, IMO.

I started using wood fires a couple years ago and I'll never go back. It's great. I cooked a pork roast over a wood fire last night and it was amazing.

@Random Acronym: Correct, lump charcoal are whole pieces of wood that have been exposed to high temperatures, which removes volatile chemicals and leaves only the carbon behind. It's apparently a nasty job. I haven't seen the episode, but I hear Dirty Jobs covered a lump charcoal plant. My guess is that the cost

@Fierock: I guess that's kind of my point, just worded a lot better (thanks). The mowing was the key I missed. I always cut it too short and too often. I still think the Scott's product was good and helped speed things up to some extent. But if someone doesn't dig on chemicals, they can heed your advice with solid

@jackburnt: Cutting isn't going to kill the weeds. You need to pull the weeds and/or apply weed killing products that don't harm grass.

@jonny6pak: I should add that I also overseed each year and use some Scott's weed fighting products, but I never had amazing results until I started mowing less.

I started doing this two years ago and the lawn is super full this year. It gradually grew into the thin spots and I barely get weeds now. I love it.

@oddball: I would say LH has done a good job of taking their US based site (this is a US site) international. They opened LH Australia and LH Japan. As its popularity grows, they may open a site in your country. Until then, you should realize that the mere virtue of your ability to reach a site does not mean it

@minealone6: I don't believe so. The canned stuff completed the rise in the can and it contains preservatives. I don't think there is any activity left in the dough that's going to cause it develop further out of the can.

@Joe Attardi: I didn't really enjoy going into my FB apps and seeing a site I never approved. I don't think it's safe that a site can automatically connect to my FB account without my approval.

@fuzzypiglet: You might want to check the tool out. It's beyond simple and requires no thought. One can either run through each setting on his or her own, or use a tool that automates the process. Given Lifehacker's mission, I would say this fits into its goal. Beyond that, this site is about sharing information,

@y0himba: I have to agree to Apoch, most of the folks on this site are more savvy in general. The average user cannot figure out all of these items; which I've seen with my own friends and family.

I think most of the quality is lost in mastering these days. A good quality lossless file doesn't matter if things are getting mastered with loudness bumped up to absurd levels. Quality audio files also do not matter much when the production of music uses a ton of compression, autotune, and other tricks that totally

I like the sushi rice recipe on Videojug: [www.videojug.com] . It adds dashi to the rice vinegar, which increases the overall flavor of the sushi.

@JRock: In all honesty, your fryer isn't really a good storage space. You should filter your oil after each use and store in an airtight container. To be honest, storing the oil in your fryer is just the same as storing it in the pot. A lot of people do that, but it depends on how well you can taste the difference
