Nice! I was looking for something exactly like this for my Ubuntu server.

I no longer have any physical media for my movies. I just use the library feature in XBMC to manage it all. I like it.

I don't know how many people are still checking out this post; but, you can get the upgrade in Hardy via some unofficial repositories. It worked for me [www.bortis.ch] .

I heart rocketdock.

I have a word doc I use. I would use notepad, but I got a little bold/highlighter action working to help me out. It works well for me.

It's a neat concept, but those videos are so hard to watch.

I find the tip on using silence isn't always a good thing. I use it in some negotiations; however, I have a co-worker who uses it way to much. Most folks around the office think he's slow and lacks the ability to organize his thoughts in a fast-paced situation because of this overuse. Further, his he gives the

I got a new laptop with Vista Business from my employer and it works quite well. I've had no problems with it at all. I tried Vista Ultimate and it seemed to run much slower than the Business version. My only gripe would be that there's nothing majorly new in the OS. All the cool features MS promised never reached

@xint: These are my tips... Don't make your resume too long, only put relevant work on it. Don't use an objective, instead put a statement that says why you would be amazing. For each job, list successes, not job duties. For example, if you're a programmer, don't write, "Wrote Java code for a medical scanning

@zimbu1234: I tried. The official Scrabble beta was unstable for me. I don't think it's ready.

I just demolished a cold cellar. Next weekend I'm rebuilding it so it's not covered in mold and leak in junk from the outer elements. When it's all done, it should work for awesome wine and food storage. After that, I'm off to demolish and rebuild my bathrooms. Note to all, demolishing rooms is awesome,

@Jim (The Canuck One): Agreed. Where I work, a video resume would be an automatic fail in the screening process. Unless the job requests a high level of creativity, an on-camera presence, or the job is with a non-traditional company, I wouldn't recommend a video resume at all.

I've decided that Apple closed the iPhone/iPod Touch to the point where I don't like the product anymore. It used to look great until my company started developing iPhone apps. I hate the idea of getting something I'll have to jailbreak unless I want to be locked into the iTunes store. At this point, I'll try to

I started using OneNote in law school and it saved my life. I started out school with pen and paper, but there was just too much info in each class to make the use of paper notes useful. Moving over to OneNote allowed me to streamline my note taking and build course outlines for finals with ease. Plus, I could add

I use Sting Eze [www.rei.com] and it solves all my bite problems right away. IMO,it's the best product for relief from any type of insect bite, especially mosquito bites.

@jonny6pak: Huh, for some reason the second paragraph of my comment didn't make it in. Anyways. the problem I have with archiving in one big pile actually slows me down. So I put the shells into specific folders as I process emails in Outlook (I wish I could use Gmail at work). Dragging and dropping email takes

Now that I do legal work, I've found that I must keep every email regardless of the value as they sometimes become very important down the road. At this point, I just archive everything out of sight so what I keep does not interrupt me.

@Neo: Thanks for posting that one. I just started using Gyminee last night and it's great. I tried a few similar sites and ultimately found Gyminee to be my favorite. It seems to be the most motivating in my eyes.

No offense, but the fact that one has to jailbreak a phone makes the iPhone seem incredibly unappealing. I would love it if there were tips/comparisons for other internet phones. The Open Moko looks kind of neat for example.

I had microwave porkrinds a few years ago and they were quite good. I might have to re-discover them.
