Going back so NASCAR’s r00ts, kinda. Running illegal alcohol, while running from the police.
but the McLaren F1 had a manual transmission.
That’s not great news. I just had mine at Auto-X yesterday, being one one first ones off the production line it held up great. Nissan made a fun to drive crossover with a great engine, & that fact they sold it with a manual is even better. Left foot braking I could get it on 3 wheels I pushed it hard enough. Not the…
why not both.
How hard would it be to put a T56 the engine?
How fast a lap will it do around Harris Hill?
Most importantly they have manuals, so way better then new ones.
The rear seats in the Mini Paceman were excellent.
The problem with those are the time to get there. I can do Cayuga, & CTMP in a day. Shannonville, Calabogie, & anything in Quebec I would need to stay somewhere overnight. I only get one day off at a time with my jobs, so it makes it hard. I could do Shannonville in one day, but it be a really long day.
You where there that day too?
Yes
I take the moon around a track if I could steal it from our orbit.
No great, but not as bad as I thought it be. I just put on some pads, the fluid I ordered did not come in soon enough. So I could not do long sessions.
Not yet, I want to get in mosport DDT this year. Then next year (after I have more track experience) I want to get on the GP track.
I’m going to guess 500m-600m long. I rode shot gun in a 488GTB around the track, & got to 200(kph) before the brakes. My car go to 150kph before brakes on the same straight.
The track is for sure a slow corner track, a really fast car will hit 200(kph) on the main straight.
James Houghton last year (when his car has less HP) did 1:09.xx in the dry, this year it has way more power so it easily set a record.
That’s my favourite track. That same day I managed a 1:39.74, also the driver not being so good.
Yea, but it has no manual. I’m out.
