I myself do a basic 2 bucket wash twice a month, and do a 1-2-3 drying process (find a paved back road and go through the first 3 gears. That takes maybe 30 minutes. Then wash & wax it once per month. Do a interior clean 6 times a year, and a clay bar twice a year. I only wash more for special occasions.
I love to drive it, but hate to own it.
Counter point on Automatic headlights. Some are to sensitive, my old car had them and if I drove through a small shadow they turn on and would not turn of. There was no way to bypass them. My new car does not have auto headlights, and it is great.
