Really glad to read this. I recently fired my shrink by default (I moved across the country). I've had 3 shrinks in my life. The first one I was forced to go to when my parents divorced. She was a social worker and she ended up telling me more about her life than I ever did tell her. And I was 14 at the time.

This is true. I had a root canal on a tooth because I had a small deformity that cause me to bite weird and cause more pain. I cannot imagine a poor toddler having to go through that kind of dental work though. That is awful.
