Is Rick Ross a good rapper? Depends on what you mean by "good". He's definitely technically proficient, by which I mean he can competently construct a verse. I'd argue he's even above average in this department.

Is this series any good? I didn't pick up the first arc because I didn't like the art and I haven't heard anybody talking about this in either a positive or negative way.
