My kids drink water or milk. Those are the only options they have. They occasionally have juice if we’re out at a restaurant, but it’s not something they have every day at home. And I only responded to OP because she asked.

But sugared drinks are the one thing that almost all nutrition experts agree are terrible for you and are a leading cause of obesity. Why get a kid in the habit of drinking sweet stuff?
