Indeed, my Korean neighbourhood probably has in excess of twenty chimaek (chicken & beer) joints. Going to miss that when I'm gone.

It doesn't have to be a literal two-hands either. I usually just have one hand at the elbow when handing and receiving things with service staff, etc.

I like your profile pic of a radish in a rabbit costume being controlled by a tiny crocodile.

Have Brubaker and Epting mentioned anywhere Velvet going on hiatus? I know Brubaker said the first big storyarc is finished/finishing (I've only read the vol. 1 tpb) with a nice hardcover coming out early next year. And now Epting has been announced for Marguerite Bennett's new Batwoman series…

I think that's more KSD's choice than Image's, re: backmatter. Things like the essays and text pieces from the issues of Bitch Planet or the various Brubaker series are supposed to be incentives for people to buy the single issues.

Thanks for the info. I have the same cover as you, but with her name in white.

What's the printing error? I picked up a copy used a few months ago, but haven't read it yet.

Sadly, of course, in addition to losing a man who I've only seen described as true, honest, and lovely, we are robbed of the artist's future creations as well. I think I remember reading after Slayground came out that Butcher's Moon was planned next. Alas.

I think I randomly owned X-Factor #87 as some impulse grocery store spinner rack purchase as a kid. It was the only issue of X-Factor I had read up to that point (except maybe an issue my brother had from when it was still the original five X-Men [EDIT: X-Factor #70: I remember that great Mignola cover most of all])

I believe it's original cover art for a book DC put out called Graphic Ink: The DC Comics Art of Darwyn Cooke.

Put me down as another that didn't care for Locke & Key's art. I'd probably read the rest of the volumes if they are on sale for cheap, but I just found Rodriguez's figure art ugly and the colouring unappealing.

That makes sense. And really, War Machine was mostly done in by the fall.

So beefcake. My girlfriend and I gave each other thumbs up at that moment.

Spoiler Alert, but a logline for an upcoming episode of SHIELD mentions the Sokovia Accords, so who knows?

It's a bit brutal when Iron Man shoots Falcon after the fighting has stopped. And Vision's beam that takes out War Machine—if that had hit Falcon as intended, wouldn't he have died?

Well, there's not much to follow it since the writer has put Rat Queens on indefinite hiatus.

12 Hours Late, Online Comics Sale Post:

I've read iffy things about the quality of the writing on The Infinite Loop, but the art is so gorgeous. I'm going to pick it on Comixology, too. It's only five dollars!

Why a PDF? PDFs are so clunky. Get them as a cbr or cbz. I think Comixology only uses cbz (of those 2), and Humble Bundle was using both for a while. It's just a bunch of jpegs inside a renamed zip file. Even things that I've gotten in PDF read better using my comic reader (Simple Comic)… so maybe it's a problem with
