I use anti-seize on my wheel bolts every time I have them off. Never had a wheel/bolt/lug nut loosen.

At first I thought it was for harnesses but given it looks like PVC and is attached to the glass I’m guess maybe somewhere to mount cameras?

Ah in that case, the answer is yes. Old cars are sturdier for low speed parking lot bumper fun times, less sturdy for actual high speed crashes. To be honest it was mostly an excuse to post that video.
