Now she just needs to promote some NFT rug pull and it’ll complete the streamer bingo.

Ok, I get the bikini one, sex sells and all that... but what’s the point of the fart one? How many people are gonna see it and think to themselves “finally! a game that has what I want!”?
If the ad advertises a product that has violence or swearing on it (say a movie, I get plenty of those) why can’t the streamer swear as well? What’s the argument there?
If youtube wants to pretend we’re all good christians that can’t handle some swearing or violence... then they should apply the rule both ways, block…
some staff were “working hard for a few weeks” but that no overtime was mandatory
IDK, I feel like the hardcore smell fans with this much disposable income would rather buy used underwear for the “legit” smell rather than a knowingly artificial imitation.
It all boils down to the same thing... for some reason every AI developer thinks it’s a good idea to feed their AI data from all of the internet instead of curating it. It’s like letting 4chan raise a baby instead of sending them to school.
Didn’t know Overwatch had an official golden shower attack? Thought that only happened on the fan videos.
I want to look at the bright side and hope that this means lawmakers are more acquainted with gaming which could lead to better micotransaction regulations.
Dunno, superman means so much to him... he doesn’t have a single issue of his own, he just borrows them all from the library?
The apology is ok I guess, but really these are just a formality for most streamers. Redemption is earned through actions IMO, time and time again we’ve seen people apology only to repeat the same mistakes days later so only time will tell if he’s genuinely sorry.
> to ensure the game feels approachable and representative of our Western players
I just hate these kinds of responses. Just say the truth “we gotta cover these up so we don’t get age restricted or cancelled”. Don’t try to sell it as if it’s because the players want less revealing outfits, if you’re a fan of asian MMOs…
Please tell me the “fact check” is also satire because no way someone bought the original story as real.
I don’t think they even watched the video. They see someone talking about their games then DMCA it is. It wouldn’t even surprise me if this was done by some sort of bot.
Wait so.. Kojima develops MGS2 -> 9/11 happens, Kojima develops Death Stranding -> covid happens
Maybe it’s for the best that Silent Hills PT wasn’t finished or we’d all be swarmed by scary ghosts.
An NFT scam? they still making those in this day and age?
“I think it should be illegal to even have your phone, your PC, on your anything…having photos that someone doesn’t consent to you having.”
We should judge the final product. If the game studios made a decent non-transphobic game, then we shouldn’t dismiss their work just because of whose story they took inspiration from.
The main components are more or less the same but in this one, the mayo was left an extra day or two in the sun giving it a weird aftertaste with the CGI.
I believe in something among those lines but more related to funding than just publicity. I mean they did confirm they received a bunch of paypal donations... donations they may not have gotten had the game been an original concept instead of a code veronica fan remake.
But why would Kotaku bother to post only strictly game related news when the other stuff brings more clicks? It’s like lootboxes and microtransactions, they look bad from the outside but from the investors perspective, you can’t argue with the results as they see the cash flowing.
