Three pedals and an LT1?  I’m in.

I’ve heard this on more than one occasion. The 996, while a good value, doesn’t sounds as dialed in. Now, is it the 996 vs 997 or do you need to go to a 997.2 with the A91 engine?

It’ll be GM, because they own the V8 crate motor market.

Except it’s not a premium price.

So my take on this is that BMW now thinks that the driving experience is more about technology and connectivity rather than road feel and performance.”

You just explained why they might need Hamilton after all. If Russell is on a similar pace as Bottas for most of the season, they might just have to start worrying about Verstappen.

Russell did well but he was also on a track with a whopping 4 corners and had the luxury of Verstappen being taken out in lap 1. Let’s not extrapolate to an entire season here. Think Russell could have won on 3 tires in Silverstone?

I could be enticed to take it at $7500, IF I had experience working on Porsches, IF I needed another project on my list, IF I had room in the garage, IF IF IF.

Seller seems to be “forgetting” to explain the apparent water damage inside . . . yeah, completely escaped his memory, except for those dehumidifying pails inside. Methinks there is more than just a damaged engine here.

That’s not a refresh, that’s a whole new car

Currently it is the Camaro in the #1 spot. But BMW and the nostrils from a Balrog is a very close second.

I would love to see this have a manual take rate like a Miata. However, the take rate on manuals isn’t great, even in these cars.

ND But let’s all pity the guy because

EASY NICE PRICE! Looks good, clean, reasonable price/mileage, no ‘boy-racer’ bullshit. I’ve always liked the looks of the TT.

The E46 is overshadowed in stupidity by the nonsense V10 M5, so people have forgotten just how bad the SMG version of this ride could be. That’s why my first instinct on looking at this ad was to find the correct number of pedals. (Three. The answer is three pedals.)

Golf R has always been 5 doors since MK7 and they killed the two door option in the GTI mid cycle (i think).

Danny’s problem has never been turning out beautiful renders. Its been turning them from renders to reality.

I drove a 1985 Cavalier with the 2.8l V6 (it was the precursor to the Z24) and thought that car was powerful and fast.  It’s a bit eye-opening to find out it actually only had 125 horsepower.

I had a ‘93 Cutlass Ciera and as much as I hated to it then, I miss it now and wish I’d had treated it better.

I had a 94 cutlass supreme, and I miss that car every day.
