On the one hand, I sympathize with folks who might have been able to avoid Roseanne in the intervening time, and so would be surprised by her turn to Trumpism and various bigotries. On the other, if you’re trans or Muslim or care about things like the Sandy Hook shooting, you’ve known Roseanne was a trash monster for

Well, everybody pack it in.

I was just happy that a DC movie FINALLY let its hero be the positive archetype that can still kick ass that they’re supposed to be. When my girlfriend and I were walking out of the theater, she looked at me with this giddy grin and said, “I feel like I’m 10 years old again.”

I also love that Wonder Woman has now

My husband won’t sit next to me during the movie because I get really excited and punch him in the arm when that sequence happens. And also No Man’s Land. And the belltower.

I finally watched Wonder Woman a couple of weeks ago and the battle/training scenes made me tear up which really caught me off guard. I’m not into action movies in general but there was something about seeing badass women doing the stuff men usually do onscreen was really powerful for me.

put on your house clothes and make it fashion

Go Francis. Fucking Birkenstock’s, love it.

legit been singing “Rihannas, in pyjamas...” all morning

Yeah, the major difference is in what they do when they’re called out. Hence we see the NYAG resign within four hours of this all coming out, whereas the GOP nearly elected a credibly accused pedophile and still supports a credibly accused serial abuser in the White House.

Don’t get me wrong - dickbag serial abusers

The various stories about Mueller trying to keep his head down ahead of the midterm elections make me wonder exactly when the money laundering indictments of Trump’s adult children will come in. I’m thinking about 10 minutes after Air Force One takes off to take the Toddler-in-Chief to Mar-a-Lago for Thanksgiving.

I hate this guy. He is a menace and should be in jail.

I mean, you insert yourself into every comment section so do you really not get the impulse?

I was expecting something completely difficult with that Jeannie Mai article—but was pleasantly surprised. It’s refreshing to hear a female celeb (or any woman) talk frankly about how they don’t want children.

The subsidies to the extractive industries are far greater than tax breaks. They have access to public lands at little or no cost, they depend on the blood and treasure of the American people’s military to enforce their overseas claims and they have unfettered access to the politicians they own that write them

We should be subsidizing renewable energy instead of the oil and coal companies. National security and the future of the species depend on it.

People thought it was just an act similar to a drag queen persona.

I think it goes deeper than that.

Great article, but this quote:

Wait for boomers to burn it all down for the insurance.

A-fucking-Men
