Pardon?
Pardon?
I’d love to see an old 90’s Supra with the new engine in open a can of whoopass down a drag strip against a 2JZ engined new supra just to watch scene kids weep. Whether or not it’s technically feasible to modify the new engine to the same eye-watering degree I have no idea.
These people don’t just steal people’s belongings. They cause serious injuries, stab people, throw acid in people’s faces and have killed people. This was an epidemic in London because the thieves had a safe haven on the moped they had stolen to commit other crimes. This safe haven has now been removed.
Apologies, I got mixed up with who I was replying to. I was exaggerating with the “panic attack” thing though. Milanese drivers are just super aggressive.
I was being hyperbolic. Seriously though, you honestly think that drivers in the Mediterranean countries are better than ze Germans? You are the only person I have EVER heard say that.
France, Italy and Spain are possibly the 3 worst countries in Europe for driver safety. Driving in Milan, Paris and Marbella was almost enough to give me a panic attack and I do not get fazed easily whilst driving. I distinctly remember being in the passenger seat of a French colleagues car going through Paris who…
I’ll be the token Brit in the comments if that’s ok with you folks? As someone who actually knows who Flintoff and McGuinness are I can say that both are genuinely entertaining and likeable guys. They’re an extremely odd choice for the Top Gear role but if they can carry across the personality they have shown in other…
With a character name like “Brixton” he’ll be British. Well known fact that us Brits make better bad guys 😉
I drove a V10+ and honestly?... It left me feeling completely cold. Yes it was a good car but... The interior felt incredibly bland and as a car it just didn’t feel special. In comparison a 488 felt like it was firing 1000 volts through all your synapses, that V8 wail overlaid with the whooshes and gurgles from the…
If you touch my car and I haven’t given you permission or I don’t know who you are then I will straight up chop off your hand. If I know you or if you’re a decent human being willing to ask permission I’ll let you touch it, sit in it, rev it, probably drive it too. That’s the difference here, make sure you have…
Bottas wasn’t sandbagging, he was setting personal best laps even on tyres that old. It was really impressive driving which is why Kimi couldn’t get past on much fresher tyres. Realistically Bottas was never going to do better than 3rd so he lost nothing and helped his team mate to win. Great team strategy if you ask…
Judging by your username I take it you’re a biased Ferrari fan? Lewis gave as much room as possible, had his nose ahead and his right tyres were on the white line at the point of contact. Vettel should’ve backed out of it and tried to re-overtake Lewis later. Instead he cost himself a potential race win and a huge…
I agree, Lewis had his nose ahead and gave him as much room as he could. Vettel should have backed off more but yet again his hot-headed nature has cost him.
As someone who had one of their carbon fibre overfenders cracked needlessly by some careless mouth-breathing simpleton at a car show I’m right with you on this one Kristen. Bodywork is damned expensive but it’s not just the money. The emotional distress you feel when you pour your heart and soul (and savings) into a…
As someone who has had their pride and joy which I’ve spent a small fortune (relative to my means) on maintaining and working on needlessly damaged by someone at a car show I’m sorry but no. The anguish you feel when it happens is ridiculous. If someone’s car is on display then it’s obvious that at least one person…

Really solid article, it might be an “opinion piece” as some have said but it’s well informed, rational and considered. It’s also completely devoid of sensationalism which makes reading it refreshing and soothing when compared to the click bait so many media outlets endlessly spout. Good work Hazel.
Force Aboot.
