Slow car fast” is more fun if the car has a lack of power and a relative abundance of grip. You can cane the snot out of it and maintain momentum etc. For example, me and my friend have been tracking his 63bhp 1 litre Yaris. It’s been setup nicely and has sticky track day rubber. You barely need to brake and just

Remember when Ja-Rule was a thing? Me neither...

Totally agree, Grosjean is probably the worst, Vettel is definitely prone to a foul mouthed rant or two and Alonso moans every race.

R32 Skyline GTR, preferably in HKS livery race car form.

Orange... ever since the 2nd generation Focus ST came out everything seems to be going orange:

I feel this way about the Fiat 124. It’s like they took what could’ve been a reasonably good looking little convertible, put a bicycle pump in the exhaust and just over inflated it ever so slightly so the bodywork now bulges out over the mechanical bit. Unlike the Mazda which seems to be shrink wrapped around the

I made my choice and imported this beauty to the UK about a year and a half ago. My dad got me a matchbox toy when I was 4 and I kinda became obsessed. I was also lucky enough to have my car in the studio during the filming of the Top Gear Japan Special. It was on air for like 5 seconds but still...

My 1988 K10 Micra was a buzzy, tinny little box that only weighed like 600kg. It had some pretty decent coilovers on it and I then put some sticky tyres on it and after that you pretty much never had to brake. It had no power so you just aimed it at some corners and kept it pinned. Also with the factory “Super S”

Mechanically they’re super solid. Rust is a massive issue though.

K10’s are pretty rare these days. They’ve just disintegrated from road salt. Mine was a good one and even that had undergone a chunk of welding and some new metal work. I once rested my elbows on the wing and that was enough to dent it because of how thin the metal was. Shame because they’re cool.

I just particularly enjoyed it because I was in the audience and the blue Z32 parked in the studio is my car. :)

That RX7 was a shitter, I saw it in person. It had been resprayed really badly, the door shuts were still white inside and it was a really poverty spec early car that wasn’t running great. I’m not saying you should wreck an FD but if you absolutely have to then this was the ideal candidate. Also I’m sure FD owners

Where can I get this?!!!

The car has an official FIA GT4 spec bodykit developed by Aston and Prodrive.

That’s a sweet wagon.

Kids are pricks.

All the turbo manual ones are pretty cool and pretty tuneable. Just don’t end up with an NA or an Auto or worse yet both. Having driven an RB25DET Stagea with an Auto and an NA RB25DE R33 Coupe I can tell you that a dimwitted 90’s 4 speed slushbox and a wheezy NA straight six make for a frustrating driving experience.

I love chasers so much. So quietly menacing.

Over here in ol’ Blighty I used to have a K10 Micra that the Pao is based off. Mine had the same 1.0 engine and five speed manual too. It was a buzzy, tinny little car but it had a lot of character. It had some pretty decent coilovers on it and when I combined that with some sticky tyres you almost never had to brake.

As opposed to normally where 1 of 4 of the wheels supports 1/8 of the weight?...
