I think they should either go full canopy or full open. This political halfway house compromise bullshit is yet another thing that makes the sport looks amateur. It’s not as difficult as anyone would make out to engineer a canopy. Work at it enough and a solution will be found.

How do parking wardens sleep at night? Or do they just slither into the world via a cursed mirror?

It's really good to see someone in the Middle East is open minded and supportive of the LGBT movement.

Well it’s May Clarkson and Hammond so it could be “MC Hammond”?

If I had to think of a car most likely to turn me into pulp then this would be it.

I’m going to go with this. The TVR Cerbera Speed 12.

I think that there should either be a properly integrated fighter jet style canopy, or stay as it is now. This just feels like a half assed compromise that has been tacked onto the cars as a gut reaction to the incident with Bianchi.

You make a good point, floating C pillars remind me of the Opel Adam and the styling/PQ on that car is a fricking abortion. That's probably why I resent the appearance of one on an aspirational car like this.

Some Darwin Award crap right there.

I really like it, it’s properly beautiful. I don’t even mind the fact the roof rails are a different colour. That’s fine, but this?... I know floating C-Pillars are all the rage but I just don’t like em.

The editing in this video gave me a headache with the F&F style sped up shots and chopping and changing the camera angles gave me a bit of a headache. Strange because Russians are renowned for their subtle and refined taste...

God I love Volvos. They're just lovely things.

Hands up who finds EJ repulsive? Ok so that's 1, 2, 3... Oh wait it's everyone.

It’s the latter old bean. Must dash, the tea and scones won't keep.

Yeah, for your everyday movie car then by all means stick a simple, robust V8 in it and call it a day. The Vanquish “Vanish” and Jag XK in Die Another Day (terrible film) were given those V8’s because Jag and Aston weren’t going to develop a specific 4WD system for the purposes of a film. But if you’re building cars

I agree with what you have said but my point was that an RB26 is more than capable of performing very well in a drift car. If the people who made the movie car couldn't get it to perform right then they need to learn to build cars that perform and aren't just show pieces, but alas being in the movie car business the

Yeah because D1GP or Formula D cars have never used and don’t still use heavily turbo-charged engines ever ever ever... *sarcasm* A lot of drifting is spent bouncing off the limiter and whilst low down torque can be useful it is possible to drift without it. And as for the pedigree or the “correctness” of the engine

If you know what an RB26 is then you know that it would be more than capable of producing enough power to make that car drift.

Unfortunately in big name corporations it’s not uncommon for men in suits without the technical expertise to set targets and then relentlessly push their agenda despite it being obvious that it’s impossibly to those who do the legwork. Ask me how I know...

The rear of the Miata is a little odd I must admit but it’s not all bad. The rear of the Fiat is okay but the front? It just reminds me of Nicolas Cage and I can’t unsee it.
