What the fuck is this? Written by someone who has no concept of reality outside of NYC? On a CAR centric website?

Dodge Charger 2015 facelift... where it went from this:

That is a redesign, not a facelift, albeit on the same platform.

That was a redesign (they even changed the chassis code!) and so doesn’t count. However, the 996 did get a pleasing enough facelift on its own: the 996.2

You are showing a 6th gen vs a 7th gen. Same platform, but considered two separate generations due to the amount of change I suppose. What you want is the pre-facelift 7th gen. Shown below.

Great jump, but that’s not a facelift. That’s a whole new generation.

Almost anything that went from two headlights to four.

Again, that was a complete redesign. It doesn’t count.

The most interesting thing about this thread is the number of people who don’t know the difference between a facelift and a complete redesign.

That’s not a facelift; that’s a redesign.

Not facelifts. Entirely new generations.

Not a face-lift.

That section is clearly referring to the three times Chevrolet has restyled the current generation Camaro since debuting in 2016.

The number of people going “when they took all of the personality out of that weird and interesting car” are depressing.

So then he should fix the headline, because a facelift is not the same thing a new gen.

That was a new generation of that car, not a facelift.

Just selling a car for a high price does not make it a “luxury” car.

If my armrest could also serve as a toothpick, it isn't an armrest. It's a lie.

I know this is going to sound absurd, but the reason I didn’t buy a new Honda Ridgeline was because the arm rest was just a little stick, instead of a huge center pad between the seats.  Need that big pad. I love to do a big ol’ lean on that baby every now and again.  Makes you feel comfortable AND in charge! Can’t do

Like on a Scenic RX4?
