I wouldn't mind seeing a change to the default for the "shutdown" button on the start menu:

To be honest I just turn UAC off. Almost every user who has it turned on just clicks "ok" when it pops up without even thinking anyway, it's the classic "cried wolf" syndrome at its finest. That, combined with the "virtual folders" stuff that UAC introduces, making it a pain to find stuff, makes UAC just a losing

I do think this has it's place. It is very well organized, and is a good starting point if you are looking to start digging into a subject. I put in "economic crisis 2008" and the results were pretty interesting. A nice mix of Wiki depth and YouTube silliness.

My recommendation:
