Yeah. Me too. Shatner is arrogant and egotistical, and Takai did VA work for Like A Dragon which will always endear him to me, but I just can’t stay mad at Denny Crane.

Has Been? Because that’s legitimately a fantastic album.
That is a fair point. Sheridan might be trying to get messages into his show with the velveteen touch of a dandy fop, but if a large swath of his viewers just plain don’t understand anything beyond the most surface level the problem of it being a ‘red show’ is still fairly valid.
There’s also something to be said about the perception of it. Like Sheridan’s intent might indeed be to subvert or lace non-right wing commentary into the show, but the majority of people I know who really enjoy it are conservatives
I think it might be slightly different because Shephard died and was resurrected within 10 minutes. Like Shep’s death wasn’t at the end of ME1 as a cliffhanger for 2, so I don’t think it had the same kind of impact. I’m not saying it’s not a dumb idea, and I’m not advocating it. I’ve just come to accept the sillier…
I think the ‘official’ timeline was 18 months, but basically they had to abandon the vast majority of everything they had been working on since 2012 at the end of 2015 and effectively start from scratch. By the time you factor in them figuring out how to make an engine with no animation framework do animations, how…
I don’t necessarily disagree with this. As mentioned, the Destroy ending only really functions as a ‘good’ ending if, as in the OP’s scenario, the star kid was lying to preserve itself. Good being in quotations because even in that scenario Shephard is willing to roll the dice on the genocide of innocents.
You forcibly imbue molecular changes on every single living creature in the galaxy, biological or synthetic, to change their very essence. You, and by connection your Shepherd, might think that’s ok but you’re the one making the decision without any input from anyone else. When your decision forces cybernetics into…
Ex-CSEC running a bar who gets on the trail of some kind of plot to, I dunno, blow up the nu-Citadel. Nobody listens. Gotta run around and get evidence while still having to make rent. Maybe there's a boy/girl next door bartender for some will they/won't they. Gunfights, femme fatales (and whatever the male analog…
That ending really makes the most sense, if only because its the one the dumb AI is trying to steer you away from. It's the only one with a clearly stated negative consequence and the more pushed 'good' one basically cyber-rapes the entire galaxy. Makes sense the Reaper AI would want to support the options for…
If that’s the case, I’d bet Shepherd is frozen in ice like Captain America and survives because of the cybernetics and bioupgrade wizzlewozzle Cerberus did when they rebuilt her.
Forspoken is a PS5 console exclusive for two years. That's an important distinction to make, because it's set to release on PC at the same time it goes to PS5.
I used to wear them all the time and I'm right there with you. Apparently I was creating a phantom T
He’s not MAKING every DC movie. You guys realize that, right? Kevin Feige isn’t punching up the next Black Panther script.
I mean I don’t mind a Superman fight, just didn’t need to be in the city. Or if it did, a few scenes of Superman stopping to save people and Zod taking advantage of that to hurt him would have been nice. Or starting in the city and Superman taunting/dragging Zod elsewhere.
Man of Steel was odd because it got some stuff right but so much just felt off. It was almost perfectly cast, with Amy Adams honestly being the weakest part but I think thats more to her just being relegated to globe trotting exposition delivery person than anything else.
Me either. Given how her previous comments have panned out, I’m now wondering if maybe that was actually the amount she asked for. It seems oddly specific for her to put a number down rather then flatly dispute the ‘six figures’ claim that I've seen made.
Did he actually go around promoting her or was he just the producer on those movies?
It also looks like you are exactly correct. From Bloomberg and according to both reviewed docs and people familiar with the negotiations: Platinum Games sought to hire Taylor for at least five sessions, each paying $3,000 to $4,000 for four hours in the studio, said the people, who asked not to be identified because…
I explicitly said she shouldn’t be dismissed as a liar nor this as a fabrication. I do not mean I think she should be demeaned or not believed. It’s my reaction based on the facts as they have been given. Like I said, this played out very suddenly and very publicly. So yah. I am skeptical of the information being…
