Exactly

I was thinking about writing an article on the RX-8. Mines a 2005 manual with about 67k original miles. Honestly it's not the easiest car to learn how to drive manual on, just might take a bit longer to get used to. It doesn't really like low RPMs. I get 19-22 mpg on premium, although I've noticed that doesn't

Amen, I never saw good FCs until I went to sevenstock.

Get the RX-8! Particularly one 2006 or newer.

13b-msp? I get the confusing vacuum line system, but given the time and constraints, there doesn't seem to be much better ways to do it, and when that second turbo kicks in, I wouldn't have it any other way. The bigger problem is the fact that the original lines are rubber. A better quality line from the start, and

That's crazy, my RX-8 costs more to insure than my RX-7s.

I've owned both for quite some time, get the RX-8, it has cup holders.

Good daily driver, minus the cupholders! You'd need one of those suction cup ones.

Love me some Mazda, here's mine with three pedals. Anyone that hasn't own one and is talking about how bad maintenance is or how unreliable it is, doesn't really know what they're talking about. The biggest problem with daily driving one isn't really the maintenance or the cost of gas, it's probably the lack of cup

I would have to agree. I'd love to see the Merc in person but it looks like it has much a much softer lines compared to the Jag. Particularly in the back where the Jag is confident, the GT looks bland.

We Mazda owners stick together.

Toby has all the answers.

Arizona!

The new Miata has a Miller-cycle engine, you read it here first!

Just curious, have you owned one?

Rotary engines are very reliable and the FD just needs a little more love than most.

I would agree, there's plenty of room, but it's so spread out that you have to drive 20 miles to get anywhere. To add to that, the public transportation is non-existent, I can't imagine waiting for a bus outside in the summer heat. The light rail is expanding but it only exists now in the "downtown" area, which

I'm jealous! Believe I've seen this Cosmo before at SevenStock. So many what if's with the car, the brand, the engine, the demographic... Please do a review of this car for us rotary enthusiasts.

I spotted this one in downtown Phoenix. Let me know if it's yours, I'll polish those headlights for you, just because I like your car!

Reliability mods are good, exhibit A: An FD RX-7 pre-catalytic converter. Designed to improve emissions while cold and help warm up the engine faster.
