I have to wonder when the writers room decided on the Cuckoos (and by extension, the Hellfire Club) for part of the season-long story arc. It’s the one part of the show that’s consistently worked, even from the point Esme was being positioned as a possible Hound / mole (...just not for the people in the audience who

I realize that AVC likes to just go ahead and print inflammatory things that someone else said and shrug, but:

FXX doing the HD crop for The Simpsons is the most infuriating thing. I’m glad they now have the option to watch it in the original 4:3, but you have to select it before the episode starts

I’ll bet he was worried about getting there early and picking up a PI call. So he kind pulled his punch there and whiffed. Felt awful for him once I read about his being so upset afterwards.

Seems shitty but not criminal and career-ending.

Bad night for both of them—Ansari failed to get laid and homegirl went away feeling traumatized. If you think it means you can’t enjoy his work anymore, you’re a hopelessly sensitive moron.

He said it’s a bit of a witch hunt?!? GET HIM!!!

What I don’t get is why she didn’t simply pick him up and put him back in his shoebox terrarium, where he can’t really bother anybody.

You don’t have to be coerced to be raped, stupid.

If you’re referring to the encounter discussed in the article, no he didn’t. He was pushy and gross, but he didn’t rape anyone.

Is Ansari a rapist? I’m not defending his actions whatsoever. They repel me. But perhaps I’m going by a different definition of rape to you.

Why didn’t she simply walk out? Why did she blow him? This is clearly a consensual sexual encounter she later regretted. “I didn’t really want to do it, but I did anyway” is not sexual misconduct.

I give him a pass because he said the clear “all humans should feel this way at all times and I did then” statement first. I do think it’s natural to experience an elevation of disgust at the idea of harm to someone who looks like or seems like someone you love - it’s just bull**** when people act like you can’t

Her breaking down in the alley after torturing Wesley and trying to kill Angel (get him to kill her, really) in season one of Angel breaks my heart every time.

I still don’t understand what Mark did wrong here. Unless he campaigned for Michelle to NOT get the raise. Should he have made sure to negotiate for both of them?

First, I’m glad this move was done. Like the Neeson article, though, probably the last person on the blame list here is Wahlberg. Those agents should be the focus here. I mean, it’s not even a competing agency that did this. Him and Williams are represented by the same company on the same movie and they did this.

princess-y behavior

Wanted for murder, you say? Catching this man’ll be.../wait for it/...a TALL order. #gobertorgohome

No, I had a feeling.

Bleach is a precious natural resource. Callously wasting bleach, by, say, drinking entire gallons of it, really cheeses us libtard snowflakes off.
