Probably Amber Heard killed him.
Probably Amber Heard killed him.
“Actor yelled at me 20 years ago” is not a news story.
And I just transferred $1800 to take acting classes from him.
pokemon is already a capitalist take on pokemon. the trainer captures a bunch of animals and through exploitation of the animals labor, often to the point of being beaten unconscious, the trainer gains wealth, power, prestige.
And let’s not forget that the mandatory Kinect, coupled with a mandatory always-on internet, was a major privacy issue.
The people who will run in with attempts at “told you so”s will ignore two major elements:
1) Even if it was the best thing ever, Microsoft did such an ATROCIOUS job explaining/marketing it, it never would have mattered. The case study of just how you could botch a console launch from every conceivable angle is…
You sound like a Dragon Ball Z fan and not a Dragon Ball fan. Dragon Ball was slapstick and gag humor. For crying out loud, Oolong saved the day in Dragon Ball when he wishes for a young girl’s panties.
Exercise is a huge part. Walking isn’t really an alternative unless distances are very short. Cycling is typically at least 4x faster over a similar distance. So a 15 minute bike ride is hour walk. A lot of people are fine with a 30 minute bike ride but aren’t about to walk 2 hours each way.
Yup, this. The U.S. has a very low bar for what is considered bike infrastructure. Four feet of bike lane painted green? Great. I’m still sharing the road with 5,000 pounds of metal passing me going 50 MPH.
For some folks its not an option - just a reminder that our lack of decent public transit in this country is another way we screw over those in need.
Did it for years, never smelled bad. You just learn how to do it correctly.
Methinks it’s the GIANT FRIGGIN TRUCKS everywhere driving without signaling, stopping or giving way. Nothing like “sharing the road” with armed drivers in 2 ton vehicles.
My guy if a game is jumping between even just 20 and 30 fps, you can fucking see it. It’s not pleasant.
You make it painfully obvious that you have no idea how framerate works.
Making streets narrower makes you more attentive as a driver. We have mountains of studies proving this.
Remember, your landlord is a person
I have 8 registered vehicles and a half dozen bicycles in our fleet. Pay taxes on the bikes? I think I’m contributing plenty right now for road use funds.
It may do your brain good to take an hour or two and head over to NotJustBikes on YouTube. He’s got some very well researched videos about lane narrowing and proper methods for setting up bike lanes that are actually safe for both cars and bikes, unlike whateverthefuck Vancouver is doing.
I can’t speak for New York, but “tax the cyclists” certainly comes up plenty in Toronto from people who are utterly ignorant to what actually funds our local infrastructure (the city budget which is primary funded by property and other general taxes that *everyone including cyclists* pay).
Holy shit, that’s a bad take. Please don’t make me list the reasons why; just renounce it and hope you can be forgiven someday.
