Is it me, or does it seem like the 21.5" model can also now be used as an external display? The old models only allowed the 27" to be used as an external display.
Interesting design, but you'd have an easier time opening a traditional click pen than this one with one hand.
I use the Scan It guns they have already in the stores. They basically do random audits from time to time. And, yes, during those audits, they check every item.

Wouldn't the constant reading of brightness levels decrease battery life more than keeping the screen at a certain level once unlocked?

Does anyone know if this means that you can just add tethering and take it away after a month (like the iPad plan) I'm thinking, why pay extra for an iPad 3G when you can just tether it to your iPhone? Or, do you have to sign a tethering contract and you're stuck with it for a year or two?
Yes, but you had to pay to upgrade your purchased music to iTunes Plus.
By the looks of it, you'd have to get off of it every time you stopped. Also, it has a much larger turn radius than the Segway.
