I adore this car. I know it is not for everyone. But I think it is fantastic, especially in this color. It reminds me of some retrofuturist car from Gattaca. And I definitely thought the same about a very French feeling. It’s nailing that 1970s Citroen DS estate retro/future vibe.

Wow, both of these cars are pretty amazing.

had a friend who was ADA in Miami-dade. left after 2 yrs because it’s a total shit show. people in charge were dumb as rocks and the population were even duller. add to this dipshit fiesta everyone has a gun, basically got fed up with “florida man” syndrome.

Well, you see...when a man loves a woman very much...

The non-existent one the Simpsons live in.

Not only not the a-hole, but no need to even ask. Block a driveway, get towed. That's a fundamental rule pretty much everywhere regardless of all the rest.

Depends on who you think they were serving. I’m guessing it’s the rest of the citizenry who has to deal with Hill’s reckless driving. Also, remember Hill was involved in an assault at a marina last year.

And all Hill had to do was leave his heavily tinted window rolled down.  Basically we had a meeting of the assholes here.

On one hand I think if he left the window down when they asked him initially the whole thing would’ve gone different. On the other hand they went full on crazy as shit when he didn’t listen. As a cop though when someone has tints and they start rolling the window up you have no idea what they are going to pull.

I watched the video of the stop. The cops definitely overreacted, because ACAB, but also Hills was definitely acting like an asshole about the whole thing. He definitely made aa wrong move when he rolled up his window and refused to roll it back down again or get out of the car when asked. Cops could not see well

1st: It’s not just an issue of stifling creativity. The Neutron Jack approach Range Rover used (Ford as well) leads to many good workers seeing the toxicity and leaving, and many of the rest focusing not on improving the company but making sure they look good, even purposefully stabbing coworkers in the back to do so.

I was never more productive than when the actual Engineers were in the office, and middle management was at home.

When you’re a car company, you have a vested interest in increasing car demand.

Ya, the last wave was with the stupid RTO demands because the companies had expensive leases and had pressure from local governments because local businesses were suffering. So they pressured employees to come back into office and watched their morale HR KPIs plummet. Now they’re trying to increase this metric so they

FIRST GEAR: Ah yes, loyalty pledges. This is something that’s coming into vogue across industries. If people are deemed not sufficiently excited or enthusiastic, they’re viewed as low performers or disloyal and removed from the business. I’ve heard of this happening in tech companies already.
