The game logic/systemic components running in the background are a lot more taxing than any graphical elements (minus post processing effects and such). PS4/X1 barely have enough power to get much of that. So, you could imagine with this being the case how near an impossibility a Switch port would be.

As I understand it, it always came down to Marvel not wanting to promote IP and characters they don’t own/aren’t associated with the MCU. If you notice, almost every Marvel character in Infinite is from the film franchises. Not a coincidence. Their movie (and it’s ancillary merchandising rights) business is all they

Outside of the obvious lack of resources and energy dedicated to black sims (and customization in general in Sims 4), also a really interesting conversation associated about how difficult it can be/is to render and nail African American features. Hair especially. I follow @thatJaneNg on Twitter (Lead Artist at Campo

This is for Ultimate Team lol. No player ever gets such a jump in ratings after one week (for a season, Cam went from like an 81 to a 91 after his whole rookie season).

A lot of factors into why Nintendo stuff holds its value. But in this case, a lot of manufacturing on Nintendo’s part. From everything I read, they were buying back WiiU’s from retailers after they stopped production and revealed the Switch. Some of that, obviously them wanting to prevent exactly what you described.

Thank you for stating the obvious lol.

Your premise applies very little to the subject of the article given A.) A lot of radical changes to Xbox Live matchmaking/the dashboard have happened since MCC came out, so even if it came out in the manner you’re describing, it would’ve had problems based on those changes on the console side. B.) A lot of the non

Xbox gave me Rare Replay (along with some other games) for watching their E3 briefing through Mixer. Haven’t had time to mess around with it yet. But, yeah it’s a crap ton of games. It’s so many games, only maybe 60% are in the actual collection launcher. The rest appear digitally in Ready To Install.

Yeah, Kilik was always one of the top 3 tactile feel characters (along with mostly likely Taki/Ivy/Raphael in whatever order) in the series. Even though I hated him back in the day, always understood the appeal. The handful of times I tried him, it felt so natural. Gameplay wise, he always felt like one of the faces

I always hated Kilik (a common rival other people in local multiplayer routinely picked against my Mitsurugi during the SC2 days), but am thoroughly excited he and many of the other classic characters are making a return.

That’s a different conversation. Rockstar by sheer coincidence has the kind of experience that lends itself to being able to allow user generated content (I use the Rockstar Editor on a regular basis, for example). That same approach wouldn’t necessarily help something like a Destiny or The Division. Games more driven

Rockstar has 4x the man power (Rockstar studios all over the world), and 3x the resources (They settle on fixed budget agreements with TakeTwo of course, but they always go over budget, and TakeTwo begrudgingly accepts because their games sell almost every time), and usually at least 2x the amount of time to make

The studio who made it went out of business right? The key is, who owns/holds the license (if anyone). That’s the challenge they have, particularly with a lot of the original Xbox games. Most of the studios aren’t around anymore. No one to give them permission to use the license.

If you listen to Phil Spencer’s E3 interviews, it sounds like they’re trying to do that, but obviously it’s a sticky situation (as is Backwards compatibility in general) given the legalities of running those games on a completely different platform which breaks the agreements they signed with publishers. The loophole

I’m expecting Crackdown 1/2 to be preorder bonuses for Crackdown 3. It hasn’t happened as much lately, but a lot of studios have used BC as a promotional tool Preorder Rainbow Six Siege, you get Rainbow Six Vegas 1/2 codes. Buy Gears of War 4 digitally, you get codes for Gears 1/2/3 emailed to you. Preorder Fallout 4,

Great read/very well detailed. Both from the perspectives of the teams, as well as the league and product, it’s incredibly fascinating. In particular, I’m really curious to see how the evolving nature of Overwatch affects this league. With traditional sports, there were almost no major tweaks or revisions during the

Can I speak just speak for all kind decent people on the internet and say: “YEAHHH. IN YOUR F***ing Face F**KWAD!!!

No down payment they said. No risk free trial they said. Try it and see what you think they said. He died from Bixby miscommunication and poison gas they said. He had no pants they said.

“Apparently my children were trying to watch Transformers: Headmasters disc 2, Real Steel and Trolls, all at once.”

Cuphead (where the boss who killed you mocks you in text, with an evil smirked smile image, and because the game itself sort of trolls you by showing how close to beating that boss you were).
