You know what? I think most of these decisions can be blamed on the American public. Few or no Black or Asian leading men? That's America's fault. If we were more open-minded, there'd be no shortage of distributors and studios willing to give us more diverse casts and movies.

People making fun of those article headlines is almost as annoying and overdone as the headlines themselves. I'm not even trying to play the infinite recursion game, it's just too easy a target.

>>>Braff seems completely incapable of distinguishing between pathos and bathos

Thanks for the "news", Sam. Unless they're paying you in money, you're being underpaid.

Like a rose that grew from a crack in the concrete, it was quickly stepped on and forgotten.

What do you mean?

That's possible, too, although I'd think a lawyer would be more likely to think of having a notarized statement than your average civilian. I'm just saying, when it's an average person against a very wealthy person with good lawyers, a notarized statement isn't dispositive of anything.

Nobody likes you when you're 43.

Seems likely to me. Why else would she go to the trouble of having it notarized and shit if some lawyer wasn't breathing down her neck?

I don't know what to think about this. She may just be some crazy liar and it never happened. Apparently she's made contradictory statements about it (on the other hand, how consistent are most of us with respect to traumatic events?). But it's also possible it happened and he threatened her with bankrupting

He's allowed to "direct".

We live in a society where Zack Snyder and David Goyer have enormous creative power, so I'm not sure what you were expecting in terms of maturity.

Did they explain "Starz"? that was my favorite meme.

I kind of don't like this woman, mostly because for a long time I thought she was Lena Dunham's mom.

Won't we always, by definition, live in a world with all living members of the fucking Eagles?

"Human! Work!"

The new Apes is a great movie to see stoned. The opening deer hunt, Koba snatching the dude's gun and laying waste; Ceasar screaming "GO!". Plus that epic battle … all of it is fantastic stoner fare. I wish Caesar was a more effective leader. He should have made the humans give a peace offering for shooting one of

Man I just thought it stunk. I think Bong Joon Ho is so overrated. Okay, Mother was an interesting if overrated character piece, as was Memories of Murder. The first monster scene in Host is great but the rest of it is a painful slog. He doesn't have the visual panache of his mentor Chan-Wook Park. I really don't

Maybe you're a stoned half-wit.

She thought that Mindy lived with Mark.
