Stop it.  They would lose to the men badly.  There really is a physical difference between male and female athletes.  But they don’t compete against each other and the USWNT really deserves to get paid more than the men’s team because the men’s team can’t even win qualifiers for the world cup most years.

As I understand it, the USWNT operates under a CBA. I’ve worked under a CBA in the past and we always had a clause where if we got pissed off enough we could vote and walk away from the CBA.
