Such a pet peeve of mine — it's ridiculous that so many women think it's more hygienic to spray pee all over the toilet seat, then they flush and leave the seat as-is thereby forcing the next person to either a) wipe up their fucking pee, or b) also hover because they now have no choice. #smh

I take it out before I poop, and then replace it after I'm done. I hate period poops. They are the worst.
