Sadly, there were a lot of people who were positively *gleeful* about hating the 2016 movie before it even came out, which is a real shame. People were hating on it from the very first leaks of the premise and conception, and I think it’s actually one of those things that was a big catalyst for the misogynistic

I’ve heard some sleepfarts from the other side of the bed that were truly Earth-shaking.

Simple solution, put a tiny e-ink display on the face of it that shows what it’s programmed for, and how much it costs when you push the button twice in a row. You get affirmative consent to the purchase, they don’t cost that much more, battery life stays high, and people know what they’re spending. Win all around.

I’m with you on this. Personally I don’t find a little trash talk to be a bad thing, so Nvidia isn’t on my shitlist for that, but both companies have been on that list on and off for 20 years for various reasons. I’m more easily angered by standards abuse for example, or market manipulation. People that buy based

I still have a Chumby powered Insignia 8" device on my nightstand, and damn would I love to replace it with a Google Hub or something like this. They really were ahead of their time.

Serious question here, not at all intended to be snarky, some wypipo shit or anything like that. I *promise* you that isn’t my intention, but this might hurt to ask but I feel like someone’s gotta run the risk of getting shredded on the internet.

I really, really want a full-size American style home this way. Not a McMansion, but someplace like my 1200 square foot late 70's construction home. I’d love to see what could be done with the amount of space in a proper house with that kind of mentality. Don’t have the money to try, myself though.

Are you sure you reviewed a Honda here? Because this looks like a Chevy Cruze.

Needs more Mr. Torgue.

I had a Pixel XL 128GB edition for a while, and have to say that while it was a damn good phone and performance was fine, you really do get more out of a newer model. The Essential PH-1 I replaced mine was was better in every way except for signal on T-Mobile. Unfortunately, that was as bad as people have said it was

The bulk of Samsung’s “features” are sadly bloat that doesn’t ever get used by anyone, it’s a truly horrifying bundle of crap that comes slapped on those devices because Samsung just can’t accept that people would usually vastly prefer Google’s apps for mail, photos, messaging (well, okay. Let’s just say ‘messages’

FallCon, brought to you by the promoters of Fyre Festival, Dashcon and Rainfurrest.

One thing I think a lot of people aren’t noticing is that Bethesda’s fix for the bag disaster actually kinda reinforces the justification they had for not including it in the first place.

No, Colonial Marines still failed on a much bigger front. Bethesda didn’t straight up release fake screenshots of a rendering system that wouldn’t ever make it into the retail release.

Of course it is, but it’s also cheaper to just throw bodies at things. So which of Musk’s proclivities will win out here, trying to make a profit or trying to eliminate people?

You’d be surprised, but you’d also not be alone. I had a 2012 LaCrosse and it was really nice, I kinda miss it.

He did, and admitted that automating everything wasn’t the approach that worked but I wonder if he really changed his mind about it or if he just decided not to fight that battle for the time being?

Yep, this is what those “Government Motors” idiots have wrought. I know people with family that will never buy a GM product again because of the bailouts, and it’s just absolutely ridiculous. And I bet those people will either say it serves GM right, which is being shitty to the employees, or they’ll be all crocodile

I think Musk is possibly about to make a big mistake opening a Tesla plant in China. How will his whole thought process on plant operation work in the context of a Chinese factory culture? Will his ideas work in China, or will he shift approaches to work in a way that’s totally opposite his usual approach of fewer
