Starbucks cups too. That one was rich.

From what I understand Jason Isaacs is actually playing the Captain and Martin-Green is his first officer, just the show is going to focus on her as the lead so they still get their white male Captain FFS. I really get the impression the noise is because this is the first Trek show with a properly diverse cast coming…
My first reaction was the same but if you click through what you get is downright reasonable for a fancy NYC place. A whole chicken done two ways plus a buttload of sides. I’ve run up a bill for at least that much at my local Ezell’s Chicken.
This kind of shot requires an insane amount of luck to begin with. It’s amazing he pulled it off but I wouldn’t expect anyone to be able to repeat it with even a sliver of consistency. This is literally what we used to refer to as a “golden BB” when I was in theater, that bullet that has no business hitting you but it…
Yeah this article seems to come from the angle that gaming is like some kind of dessert of life and too much is bad for you/needs to be offset with good habits. For a lot of people it’s the same as consuming television, movies, a play, a social event, a sporting event, a hobby, reading a good novel etc. It’s not a…
The specific state in question here! Washington State.
I recently had to re-test for being a dummy (let my license expire, didn’t even realize it until months later) and I can say that in my state the written test has become much more focused on road rage mitigation than when I first took it around 1998. The driving test was still the same though.
During OIF and OEF we always used verbal encryption when discussing literally any cargo over unsecured radio channels. I think it’s been standard for a while.
I think everyone lamented losing the dirt but there was really no other option. The road was causing pretty awful erosion problems. I still think it’s enjoyable to watch for the butt-pucker factor alone, that road is still scary as hell.
Jeez man, this article is bad. It’s a Dutch F-16, it intercepted the Russian transport because they refused to respond to radio challenges from ATC. This is bog standard normal stuff that went exactly the way it was supposed to. I have no idea what that last sentence is meant to imply...
Makes me sad I sold my 240z :(. High school me dreamed about turning it into this car, may have to find one in a few years to resto-mod again. Funnest car I ever owned.
I completely understand where you are coming from and why that criticism exists. Two things though, first is the fact that the ships malfunctions were getting worse had been established from the first moments of the movie. The idea that everyone on the ship was going to die without a fix wasn’t a convenient twist at…
This sounds delicious, I can’t believe I’ve never thought to put coconut milk in my chai tea. Off to the store!
Yes! It’s a charcoal or gas grill! A grill uses direct heat to cook food quickly, usually in minutes. A barbecue uses indirect heat and smoke to cook food slowly over hours. You can use a backyard grill to barbecue food but it’s a pain in the ass and requires constant attention. Traditionally an actual barbecue is…
This opinion is a good and correct one.
I went through a phase where I corrected everyone and their brother who called that metal bin on stilts with charcoal and a grill a barbecue. It’s not a barbecue but that’s just what everyone calls it. I eventually gave up, I feel the same about iced Latte’s.
I take my drip coffee hot and black and that’s it. I’m thinking of espresso style coffee you get from a shop I guess. I’ll take my iced tea either way, sweet or plain though.
Hmm, that’s weird. I like it with the milky flavor of a latte, nutty and creamy and just the right amount of sweet to coffee ratio. Maybe it’s because the nutty flavor is close to buttery?
