The GoPro on sale here is the same one that was on sale a few weeks ago, just $10 cheaper. If you bought it at the higher $159 price just email them your Ebay username and they'll refund you the $10 difference.
I don't know about Xboxes, but you need to deauthorize PS3's if you're getting rid of that. You can only have so many authorized systems that can play certain downloaded game content or play video content. And you can only deauthorize the PS3 from that specific PS3 which is a pain.
