I doubt that. Morning is getting ready for work time. There are a 1001 things we could do with more light in the evening. Not to mention that because of the later sunrise you don’t really gain that much daytime if you start work at something like 8am

Fantastic, except keep the time in daylight savings. The extra hour of light in the evening after work during winter would be a godsend. There are days I go to work in darkness, and leave it the same way.
