Tony came up on dirt, Danica came up from karting iirc. She needs to be able to be sideways and right now, she shies away from it

I suspect that she's not taking well to the lack of downforce. Whenever she reports a problem, it's "I'm loose" . If she wants to improve in NASCAR, she needs a season in a sprint or midget. She needs to be able to hang the tail out with confidence and run closer to the wall. If you watch the in car video of her

Tape up as much of the grill as the temp gauge will permit. Start as early as you can and take advantage of the cooler (HA!) temps.

My nephew has done that for Marlins vs. Red Sox (he's in RI)

Most production car engines have the pin holes offset by .010 -.020" to control noise. Reversing the piston increases the rod and crankshaft's mechanical advantage. Yes it's a tiny amount , but if you stack enough of them up you have a decided avantage. I remember Garrett making turbos with the A/R mislabled on the

One of the original bad motor scooters.. Drum brakes.. Yikes!

Area under the curve is the real deal

I'm thinking it would make a Formula Atlantic fly! Bigger rear tires and crank in more wing. Helluva track day toy.

Mine is an '07 ,otherwise ,bone stock. The shocks are tired though. I've had to replace the water pump, and the timing chain is starting to clatter. So far , one set of front brakes replaced with Akebono ,two sets of spark plugs and many, many quarts of Mobil1.

The two big problems are the epoxy and the programmable logic. If you don't have the code to burn the progammable login device you're still stuck. The epoxy encapsulation for under - hood components is damned near impossible. I suppose MegaSquirt and other similar projects will eventually supercede this issue ,
