It makes no sense to me. I’m not a huge fan, but the show is entertaining and does a good job showcasing different viewpoints (like a debate should!) and cutting to the heart of a lot of the problems with all this stuff. They often have reasonable and rational discussions that barely get touched on in other political

What’s wrong with belittling an entire religion? That’s not allowed? Guess AV Club is going to burn all those Simpsons and Mr. Show episodes you love so much. I thought everyone was all about “punching up” in comedy, well organized religion is like the most powerful thing humanity has and is used for endless

Gethard isn’t even into Morrissey’s solo work, so why go to him for a crash course in Morrissey? It’s really laughable, a hahahahaha...

I turned it off after an hour. I just couldn’t do it.

This was a “Coen Brothers homage”?!? That can’t possibly be true, right? In what conceivable way?

“The simple answer is that making a big-budget fantasy with both technical chops and a human soul isn’t as easy as Disney has been making it look with movies like Black Panther

“It’s the idea that all that Not-Laurel needs to make her “good” again, to redeem her, is a daddy.”

I don’t.

It makes absolutely no sense to aim criticism at people who don’t deserve the criticism and in fact have been a shining example of the kind of thing people are yelling at him to do, through his entire career, for decades. That doesn’t make sense. If you’re the kind of person who loves shaming others though, it must

It’s an absolutely impossible mandate. No matter what, SOME kind of person will be left out. And to attack Byrne of all people for this kind of thing is insane. He started a record label solely dedicated to diversity and music from around the world. People are losing their minds.

This seems a bit silly. He’s had plenty of female collaborators over the years. His 2-disc Here Lies Love album is packed with them (almost every single song sung by a different female artist). He made an entire album with St. Vincent. Not to mention all the diverse people involved in Talking Heads over the years. Or

Leaving out Tobe Hooper was shocking to me. They even had a clip from Texas Chainsaw in one of the million montages they showed.

Looks like puke.

I’m truly enjoying this season. I really feel this show is a bit unfairly crapped on around here...I find myself pretty riveted for each hour. I feel like since last season the show has had some great momentum and has settled into a new kind of thing.

Yes, and that better setlist really, really upsets me. It’s hard to even explain how upset it makes me, because it was a lot of money for me to spend on that first show and it was something I’ve been wanting for decades. So knowing he did a bunch of songs I had been dying to hear at the very next show is kind of

I didn’t know people buy CDs of Broadway shows without knowing or seeing the show first. Seems kind of weird, aren’t you missing the story and the visuals and etc?

The setlist. It was a heavy emphasis on originals I’m not crazy about and from the last few albums. I was hoping to see a show full of songs I grew up obsessed with that I figured I’d never ever see live. And...I guess I still never will. There were only maybe 2 or 3 exceptions.

This has to be the first Weird Al song where you have to be rich to get it. Aren’t Hamilton tickets really expensive and hard to get? I’m a big Al fan (saw his debut show of the new tour 3 days ago) but this is kind of a bummer. I know nothing about Hamilton and it’s not like easy to just go check the show out. Ah

Well, one time a waiter ran out of the pizza place to chase down me and my friends in the parking lot and yell at us for not leaving a tip. It was pretty fucking scary and weird.

YES. Even when her hair got longer in season 9, it seemed to age her and made her kind of unrecognizable to me as a character. For some reason with her short hair I kept saying how she looks like she stepped out of season 6 or something. It just works!
