So if this doesn't get a V8 or something crazy later, I'll be disappointed.

Totally right bro, why do we even have V12s anymore?

YES, YOU ARE RIGHT. I DIDNT CLARIFY.

Toby be like:

Thats like saying there was no "TJ" Wrangler, or "C2" Corvette.

Thought that would have been assumed, but anyways everyone lists crank HP. Ford didn't just say the new GT will make 550+ whp … that would be stupid.

I don't even understand your comment. As you pointed out the GT made 550hp. The Vette and Viper made barely over 500. The 430 and Gallardo made just under 500hp.

If its going to be "considerably faster" it would have to be less than 3k lbs when a 650s (with 640hp) weighs 3,150lbs.

It will still be good, but won't beat down the competition like the old one (probably).

But its a road car …. & …

Actually a little disappointed in that too. This is a decade after the last one and it will only make 50+ hp more. Could of gotten the GT500's engine to 700hp easily.

Aka the worlds longest shifts.

She a big ol girl.

200hp and it still takes 8 seconds to get to 60?!

If I had a few grand more to spare I would of got a SRT. Really quick cars.

11-20% Jalop?! BS

So "This sucks as a road tire, but since everyone else is running slicks for testing, fine".

If you could, ponder this a bit

Because I couldn't imagine this was a real street tire tread.

Do you even have a point?
