“Trying to claim that there were normal people in the Unite the Right rally is just Trump trying reduce the damage he caused to his image.” If it wasn’t obvious what I meant, let me explain further. Only white supremacists were in that rally. He only condemned them to look less bad for the press, right after he called

He said that there are good people on both sides, and that includes neo-Nazi’s and KKK members. Trying to claim that there were normal people in the Unite the Right rally is just Trump trying reduce the damage he caused to his image.

“You had many people in that group other than Nazi’s and white nationalists” That’s not really true. The only people in that rally were people who described themselves as neo-Nazi’s, KKK members, etc. One of the goals of the rally, according to themselves, was to unite white supremacists. A real conservative wouldn’t

The words “Make America Great Again” are innocent enough, but its all about context. It represents far-right extremism. Donald Trump may be the President, but that doesn’t mean his views are mainstream or acceptable in any way.

2) this entire screed reeks of “everyone deserves a second chance, as long as they aren’t republican

Don’t like it. The interior materials feel cheap, and they lack refinement. The low end versions don’t even get independent rear suspension. A CPO Mercedes C-Class is a better bet, because it actually feels like a real Mercedes.

There are facts backing up that better training= better driver. My insurance source for one.

I doubt they will, but hopefully these versions will have a manual option.

Here in the UK, police officers get advanced driver training. Being a police officer is also the job which offers the 9th cheapest insurance rates. This is in spite of the fact that police officers often have to drive late at night, very early in the morning, after very long and stressful shifts. The other cheapest

I’m not staff, but if I remember correctly, Patrick George spent some time in jail for speeding

I might be moving to the US soon. I will have about $5-6k to spend on a car. It needs to have a manual, be allowed on a racetrack (so no Jeeps), and would like an American car that I couldn’t get in the UK. Also, something less cliché than a Mustang or a Camaro. Any ideas?

The poll is broken. How I would vote would depend on the circumstances. If I wanted a cool classic car to drive on the weekend, I’d vote NP. But I was after  cool classic car that can also function as a daily, the CP, because it just isn’t as reliable as a W116 S Class for example

I like the look of the CT4-V. Shame it’s not getting a manual though. Especially given that it shares its platform with the Camaro, which does.

My point was that if it’s going to have a heavy drivetrain, the may as well make it a V12. V12>V8+batteries.

Neutral: Don’t really care. Its a hybrid. Nobody buys a Ferrari because they want better gas mileage. It should have a V12 instead.

Crossovers are for parents who refuse to accept that they’re neither young nor cool. The Trailblazer name makes sense, because it sounds like a “cool young person with-a-life activity or thing

A good luxury car should be very comfortable and refined. You shouldn’t feel bumps, and driving at 90mph should feel like driving at 50mph in a normal car.

Lots of old S Class’s were available with MB-Tex or velour seats. I’d still call them luxury cars

When Chevy announce they’re only charging $90k, the Real People will be amazed.
