Fable 3 was a trainwreck. Some games just perennially disappoint, and Fable was a series that started like it had a lot of potential and just went to the dogs.

Ditto. The score to me really just separate the bad from the decent, but if I am interested in buying a game I want to know what was said about it as that is what gives me the info I am looking for. Numbers dont tell me if I want a game or not.

I agree with the not paying attention to review scores. My taste in games isn't the "norm", I guess. Example, Dragon Age: Origins was the worst game I ever forced myself to finish, while I really enjoyed Duke Nukem Forever and Dirge of Cerberus. Need to play both of those again sometime.

I'd say the main reason PSN seems better by comparison is because the Playstation doesn't come with a headset by default. That puts a sizable dent in the angry 12-year-olds piping up.
