One tip my family learned the hard way: If you use fuel oil for heating and your oil tank is outdoors, it is important that you put heating tape on your oil lines that go from your tank to your house.

I always do this at my school. I try to get two or three cubes to keep the cold, and fill the rest with soda. I usually only by 12oz drinks and finish them within 20 minutes, which denecssitates the need for extra ice.

Totally true! Whenever faced with a problem that I can't think of a way to solve, I work my ass off all day trying to think it out, then I sleep. The next morning I wake up and usually have a solution.
