Have ANY X-Men Legends/Marvel Ultimate Alliance games had interesting puzzles or interesting levels? They’ve ALL been brawlers where 85% of the game is enjoying the power-trip and 15% is unlocking new characters.  I don’t understand what makes this one worse to you in some way?

Personally, I find it very hard to believe that the NHL would be quiet about a painfully embarrassing association between the Bruins and the loud trumpeting of racism and misogyny and it really runs counter to what I’ve always felt that hockey was abou-

Boston sucks. Give ‘em hell.

I grew up in Vancouver and one of my close, lifelong friends is of Punjabi descent.

Jon would bend the knee at the first person who challenged his title.

Are we gonna pretend Jon would be a great ruler? His leadership positions ended in either him abdicating or getting murdered. Dude never won a battle himself.

I -really- like Abe Sapien in the Del Toro Hellboy movies.

The Coming to America segments weren’t fractured storytelling. On the contrary, they were complete, self-sustaining narrative units in and of themselves. They weren’t sprinkled throughout the episode by cutting them into tiny bits to cut back and forth to, which is what causes the fractured feeling.

I have not listened to Jagged Little Pill in a very long time, but don’t ruin it for me. What’s next on your list? Pieces of You by Jewel?

Here’s hoping we got some poignant, tasteful, engaging sexuality in future eps, cause that techno-dildo and random stripper #1 is not the American Gods I fell in love with.

I watched a few of these episodes and I think no matter which order you get the episodes in, they’re assuming you’re rapey and like cats.

I approve of anything that makes Don Cherry angry.

now only the fuddiest of duddies remain against hockey players visibly having a good time and entertaining their fans

LOL I literally came here to say that British reality/docu TV is pure, unadulterated garbage with no redeeming qualities. But . . . I think we are actually saying the same thing.

Oh, it’s from Gregg Araki. I wondered why there were so many naked men in the promo. God bless that man.

I Don’t know how familiar you are with Araki’s work but (aside from Mysterious Skin and that episode of American Crime he directed) acting ability has never really mattered. It’s all very nice looking, aesthetically - in a sort of edgy fashion editorial way - but the actual performances are very...um... lobotomized(?)

Critical Role does not need additional publicity. Not a judgment statement or anything, but it simply doesn’t need it. It’s doing more than fine on its own.

I think it was in pretty bad faith of him to get your hopes up over it knowing that he didn’t have the creative rights and freedoms to pursue the project, though. If he knew Gail would take issue with it, he could have mentioned that at any point before he had nearly convinced you it “sounded like it was a go”.

I’d watch Fuller’s “A Gorgeous Trainwreck" for the one season it would be on.
