Steam Cloud definitely matters, rumble is always good, achievements matter to /some/ people. The list is not an opinionated list of the worst travesties - it's what is, objectively, missing from the game.
Sure, it doesn't impact how you play the game itself necessarily, but it speaks to the level of quality of the port. It tells you how much effort they're putting into the game itself.
