Vulcans. they could have changed how they looked anytime they were redoing aliens. They didn't because they're iconic and that how similar they look to humans helps play up how different our races are. Daleks are dopey looking but never bothered to redesign themselves because they're so full of themselves.

Well it's more that the dalek look is iconic. Yeah they could change the plunger to a claw, or totally redo the design but that would go against their characters. They believe themselves superior and ideal why would they change.
