If you've ever run your own business they relies on getting paid by another business you'll know this is par for the course a lot of the time. Not making excuses for MSFT, but corporate payables take forever to get processed and are frequently late.

I get what you're saying but that's not exactly new ground, either. Walmart, for example, has refused to sell books by Jon Stewart and George Carlin, and pulled a pregnant Barbie toy from the shelves because of customer complaints.
I see this less as extreme feminism and more "Won't someone think of the children!?!" to the extreme.
Before you argue this is a result of a "new craze" or new anything, it's probably worth reading up on this list of banned games in Australia.
I came to the comments expecting a massive shit show, but it looks like I'm early. I'll check again in the afternoon.
You say all that. I say about time, where's the rest? I want more. Fuck serious games or games that aren't weird or games that have to be not strange or can't have sex or weird sex stuff or whatever.
it wouldn't be as simple as dropping everything into the new engine. the entire game would have be coded again almost from scratch. sure they would have a good guideline on what they are aiming for but everything would have be re coded, remodeled, rescripted (like character scripts, not dialog) literally the only…
10,000 people polled, popular stuff is going to float to the surface.
Thats a really weird comperison to Dragon Age 2. It got criticised because it was a rushed game with ballance issues and way too much constant reused of materials. And it didn't give more chocies than other Bioware games. I would say less compard to Dragon age 1 because you cant change pretty much anything that…
Finally, someone else who understands the economics of stupid collectibles. The guy was smart to sell it now.
The fact that a Bob Dylan song now gets referenced as being from the Watchmen soundtrack to me is the strongest indicator on this page that times are changing ;)
I'd rather have everything work, and not have to run and update. Will that happen, no? But there's nothing wrong with wanting that, and as a consumer, nothing wrong with requesting it.
you know, not really. as you get older, your time for gaming is less and the time to get fully engaged in a form of entertainment is limited, if i have to waste time flipping through a notebook of passwords for something that has grown prettier but remained at about the same level of enjoyment as i had as a kid, but…
My brother has quite a few boxed "collectibles" whose value was also predicted to inevitably go up. Their value has just stagnated for years making his initial investment of a few thousand dollars unwise. The collectibles market is so fickle that rarity doesn't always equal increase in value.
I can very easily imagine this being an impulse purchase by a collector with a ton of money.
Nah, impulse buyers may lose interest. Best to capitalize while it's popular.
I respectively disagree with the definition of what a RPG is suppose to be. That is the beauty of it. It can be whatever you want it to be. I started with D&D back in 1980 and have always played Lawful Good characters. A reflection of who I am in a setting where I can make a difference. On prior and current gen…
I would think a lot of that comes with him being from Tevinter, rather than it being just because he's gay.
The entire purpose of RPG's, since their conception, has been to do whatever the hell you want. Playing the character as yourself, only in that situation is as valid as playing Thraxor StormShield: dwarf maiden, or whatever.
Is it really a big deal? Is this "unethical journalism" the same way being paid off to get a good review for Kane and Lynch was for gamespot? At the very most this is clickbait. Kotaku makes an article where all they do is link to a well made, well presented video, and DYKG makes out by getting the extra clicks and…
